Waterside Lane in West Hartford, CT

The foundation at our Waterside custom new home build in West Hartford is complete. Now that the concrete foundation has been cured, we will be framing the home. Currently, the ceiling of the lower level or subfloor of the first level has been roughly installed. Support posts in the lower level have also been added along with gravel process for the basement floor. The challenge in this situation was the close proximity to the water on the rear side of the home.

This following segment of the home building process, framing, is where the new home begins to take shape.
